The Jungle Bird is one of my favorite tiki drinks because it's a little bitter, not too sweet, and full of flavor. The only experience a lot of people have with Campari is in a Negroni. Sure, it's a great bitter compliment to gin and vermouth, but it's useful for a lot more than one drink. If you haven't experimented too much with Campari before, hopefully this gives you a new place to start.
